NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVSEA) WARFARE CENTERS SEAPORT ENHANCED (SEAPORT-E) MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT

NET ESOLUTIONS CORPORATION (NETE), a Woman Owned Small Business Prime, was awarded a contract (N00178-11-D-6626) on June 27, 2011 under the NAVSEA Multiple Award Contract (MAC) SeaPort-e Program, for providing engineering, technical and programmatic support services.

NAVSEA Warfare Centers established the SeaPort-e Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle. SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. SeaPorte makes electronic procurement of technical, programmatic, and engineering support services at NAVSEA's Warfare Center community a reality. SeaPort-e extends the current procurement vehicle, SeaPort, by leveraging SeaPort's successful business model and efficiencies. The integration of SeaPort and SeaPort-e emphasizes NAVSEA's strong commitment to the Navy’s customers and industry partners. Together, SeaPort and SeaPort-e will help NAVSEA reduce costs and promote business efficiencies in the effort to lead the Navy on a successful course.

The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements using the SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. SeaPort-e provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.

The NETE team under SeaPort-e contract is capable of satisfying activities in the National capital region Zone 2 for the following five functional areas.
